Who are we?
Smashed Spudz is a Sunshine Coast based mobile food caterer, serving gourmet loaded potatoes at local venues, markets and more. We pride ourselves on using fresh locally sourced ingredients to create awesome food at great prices.
What is a Smashed Spud?
Well, it’s not quite a baked potato and it’s not quite a chip, but somewhere in-between. Our potatoes are ‘smashed’ before frying to create bite sized pieces with a perfectly golden crispy outside and a soft fluffy inside.
If that wasn’t already delicious enough, they’re then loaded with gourmet toppings!
